Every new account gets 7 days of full access with no credit card. You are not charged when the trial ends; features simply pause until you choose a plan.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Paddle. Prices are shown before checkout and taxes may apply based on your location.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Subscription & Billing. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. Your menu, photos and QR code are preserved so you can return later.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us from the Contact page with your account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
